Our website address is: www.womingaming.com. We're WomInGaming — a community of women working in games, film, and outsourcing.

When visitors apply to join the community or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the information you choose to provide — typically your name, location, profession, links to your work, and motivation for joining. These applications are sent to us via email through your own email client; we don't operate a server-side form collector.

If you visit our site, your browser may share an anonymized IP address and basic device details with our hosting provider and content delivery network for reliability and security purposes.

This site uses minimal cookies — limited to what's required for the site to function. We don't use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

We don't sell or share your personal data. Applications you send us by email are read only by the community stewards. If you join our Discord server, Discord's own privacy policy applies to your activity there.

Applications and subscriber emails are retained only as long as needed to process your membership or send you newsletters you've opted into. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.
